The VBC is a cashless venue - cash is not accepted at the concession stands or bars. Cash is still allowed at the Havoc merchandise stands and chuck-a-puck table.
The Huntsville Havoc Season Ticket Holder entrance is located in the hallway adjacent to the Huntsville Havoc front office and VBC Box Office.
Season Ticket Holder doors will open 1 1/2 hours before puckdrop and remain open until puck drop. Single-game ticket holders are asked to enter via the main Propst Arena doors which open one hour before puck drop.
To provide a safer environment for the public and significantly expedite guest entry into PROPST ARENA, the VBC has created a Bag Policy that limits the size and type of bags that may be brought into the arena.
The VBC recommends leaving bags at home. However, if a bag is necessary, the bag must meet the following criteria:
- The VBC has a clear bag policy. Clear bags cannot exceed 12" x 12" x 6"
- Non-clear bags under 5”x7” will be permitted. Any type of non-clear bag exceeding 5”x7” in size will not be permitted inside the arena.
- Diaper bags and medical bags must be clear and meet VBC bag policy specifications. Baby and infant care items (bottled formula/milk, small snacks) are allowed in the clear diaper bag but must have a child present.
- Exceptions may be made for medically necessary items only after proper inspection by security personnel. Medical bags or special medical equipment can be screened at any of our venues’ entry points for your event. Guests who have these items should alert security to check their bags and tag as a medical-approved bag.
- A full bag policy for the Von Braun Center is available on the building’s website by clicking here.
