The VBC is a cashless venue - cash is not accepted at the concession stands or bars. Cash is still allowed at the Havoc merchandise stands and chuck-a-puck table.
The Huntsville Havoc Season Ticket Holder entrance is located in the hallway adjacent to the Huntsville Havoc front office and VBC Box Office.
Season Ticket Holder doors will open at 5:30 pm and remain open until puck drop (7 pm normal start time).
After puck drop, season ticket holders must enter through the main entrance into Propst Arena. Single-game ticket holders are asked to enter via the main Propst Arena doors which open at 6:00 PM. The Von Braun Center is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests.
All guests shall remain respectful and courteous to their fellow patrons and comply with requests from VBC staff regarding policies, emergency response procedures, and behavior that impacts the event experience of fellow patrons. The Von Braun Center values the support of all guests and reserves the right to eject any guest for any reason, including not treating other guests attending the event with dignity and respect.
