Havoc Sign Two Ahead of Season Opener

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – The Huntsville Havoc are excited to announce the signing of defenseman Terry Ryder.

Ryder, 26, is a 6’1” defenseman from Kalamazoo, Michigan. He played collegiate hockey at Adrian College (NCAA DIII) for four years before transferring to the University of Wisconsin – Superior (NCAA DIII).

Through five seasons, he appeared in 114 games, recording five goals and 34 assists. Ryder will make his professional hockey debut this season.

The Havoc have also signed F Matt Allen ahead of the season opener on Friday.

In corresponding moves, the Havoc have waived F Conor Witherspoon, D Charlie Bedard, D Martin Mocs, and D Brodie Thornton.
